Payment
To give the client peace of mind that the project will be completed to a professional standard, and in accordance with the agreed price and timescale:
- Payment is never requested in advance**
- Interim payments*** are based upon staged completion
- Client keeps 5% retention*** until the works have been certified by the district building inspector
** A deposit is required when ordering bespoke kitchens.
